SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship through USPS for all deliveries. We have a  FLAT rate for apparel/accessories ($5) and a FLAT rate for skateboards ($12). If you require your order be delivered by some other method, e-mail us prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request. If you have already submitted an order without contacting us about a different shipping method, E-MAIL US now.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. The costs are really high. If you would like to make a purchase from outside of the US, contact us and we might be able to figure something out to get you on a PLUS deck without breaking the bank.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You can expect roughly 7-10 Business days (depending on destination) for the midwest and the east coast. Approximately 4-7 Business days (depending on destination) for the west coast  We do our best to get all shipments out within 2 business days of receiving the order (holidays excluded).

LOCAL DELIVERY option you can expect 1-2 days on average. We do our best to meet with you as soon as possible. If you have any issues with your shipped items or local pickup please contact us.

What exactly is LOCAL PICKUP??

We offer FREE pickup from the Bijou Community Skate Park in South Lake Tahoe, CA. We will only meet between the hours of 9:00am-10:00pm, 7 days a week. On certain occasions we will need to meet at either the “Y” area of South Lake Tahoe or the Stateline area. Once you place your order and select LOCAL DELIVERY, we will contact you via the e-mail you supplied in the checkout. We can then setup a time/day to get you your new products.

For an additional fee (cash only on delivery) we will deliver your order to a different location in South Lake Tahoe, CA or the nearby communities. This fee will be based on the destination of the order (departing near “Y” area).

Unfortunately we work out of a private location in South Lake Tahoe so we cannot offer pickup at our facility. Our plans are to move into a larger space where we will be able to accommodate our customers stopping in. If you want to check out our boards before making a purchase, contact us through e-mail and we’ll set up a time to have you scope them. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer Paypal checkout. We do not accept CODs or personal checks. For our local customers, we can arrange a meet to view the decks/shirts/accessories first. Then you can pay cash if that is your preferred method, or of course we can accept your credit or debit card on the spot, as long as we have a data connection (mobile or wi-fi)

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We make it as safe as possible. You can never guarantee 100% privacy in data transmissions but with the use of an SSL certificate we are able to keep at as safe as we can. We use 256-bit encryption to make sure that any sensitive information that is transferred is VERY difficult to intercept. No physical records of your form of payment are held on-site and we never sell  your information to a third party. 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

That’s pretty simple luckily. Hover over the shop menu at the top of the screen. Then select a category/product that you are interested in. After that you can select a specific option for the item (apparel & size, deck & width, etc…). Once desired product is selected, click the “Add to Cart” button and you’ll be brought to the checkout. You can now decide if you are ready to check out or want to shop more. If you are all set, fill out the appropriate fields or use Paypal, Submit payment, and wait for a confirmation e-mail. Remember to select the appropriate shipping option for your product. If you select APPAREL/ACCESSORY FLAT RATE and you ordered a skateboard, we will process the remaining $7 you owe on your selected credit card or request payment before we process and fulfill your order. On the flip side, we will refund you $7 if you choose SKATEBOARD FLAT RATE but ordered a t-shirt/accessory. If your order has a skateboard in it but includes t-shirts, wax or anything else you should still select SKATEBOARD FLAT RATE. Honesty is the best policy.

How Can I Return a Product?

No returns/exchanges will be accepted without prior approval and authorization. Any packages sent to us without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to sender. If your product is unused and still in it’s ORIGINAL packaging, you can request a refund within 30 days. After 30 days it becomes Store Credit and is not-redeemable for cash/credit refund. Questions? Warranty issue?

Feel that something is incorrect with your product? Board break right away? T-shirt stole your girlfriend? Shtuff happens, if you feel that your product is defective due to a manufacturers defect (us) we will gladly replace it. If it is a skateboard, you have to have solid evidence (video) and the board needs to be less than 5 days old to have a chance at being warrantied. Stop using the product in question immediately upon noticing the defect and contact our warranty department.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Once you realize you made a mistake or need to cancel your order(but why would you), contact us and let us know what’s up, as long as we haven’t shipped your order we’ll be able to help you out. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we get your order ready for delivery you will receive an e-mail from us containing a tracking number (unless LOCAL DELIVERY was selected). You can either click the “My Account” link at the bottom of the e-mail and log-in to your account. If you made your purchase as a “Guest” you will have to go to www.usps.com and manually input (or copy & paste) the tracking number to track the package as a “Guest”.
